Hi everyone! I am a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner who loves to blend the teachings of my culture to help people connect with themselves, cultivating awareness for what nourishes their body and makes them thrive.
What is Ayurveda? Honestly, it's a little bit of everything. Translated Ayurveda means, "the science of life," and life is a little bit of everything — relationships, spiritual pursuits, daily routines, diet, emotions, obligations, exercise. This 5000 year old tradition helps us understand how what we do, think, feel, eat and expose ourselves to affects our bodies, minds, spirits and relationships. From there, we can alter things to improve our lives. And as it turns out, what's good for us is generally beneficial for the greater good.
