Bay Area Made is brining together over 40 of the Bay Area’s favorite and emerging craftspeople for a one-day holiday market and shopping experience. Shoppers will have the opportunity to browse for custom event pieces, holiday collections and product lines not available anywhere else! This is a great opportunity to direct holiday shopping dollars towards the North Bay community.
The Good Craft SF is a pop-up market showing an evolving group of socially conscious Bay Area artists. A percentage of sales from each event goes towards supporting social justice and proceeds from this market will go to the Saint Francis Homelessness Challenge, working on humane strategies to resolve unsanctioned encampments. So come by on the 16th to show support for local artists and local impact!

By tapping into the wisdom of Ayurvedic cooking, we'll turn an average pantry into a bountiful apothecary and transform comfort recipes into healthy staples. You will learn about the healing properties of common herbs and spice and how to use them to prepare nutritious meals that increasing healing and harmony every day, with every meal.
Julie and Sachi invite you to share in a new experience on the mat and in the kitchen. Applying Ayurvedic principles to asana, they have created a workshop series to help you better understand what it means to practice--and eat--in alignment with your unique mind-body constitution (dosha) as well as the rhythms of the seasons.
Designed to help you navigate this recurrent shift, you will first be guided through an asana practice created to help the body better harmonize with the season's rhythmic cycle. Afterwards, we will all gather for a cooking demonstration while enjoying a seasonal Ayurvedic juice or tea. You will learn how the doshas and qualities of each season govern the body's constitution, and how integrating Ayurvedic principles into your diet can promote a healthy and healing mind-body connection.
