Julie and Sachi invite you to share in a new experience on the mat and in the kitchen. Applying Ayurvedic principles to asana, they have created a workshop series to help you better understand what it means to practice--and eat--in alignment with your unique mind-body constitution (dosha) as well as the rhythms of the seasons.
Designed to help you navigate this recurrent shift, you will first be guided through an asana practice created to help the body better harmonize with the season's rhythmic cycle. Afterwards, we will all gather for a cooking demonstration while enjoying a seasonal Ayurvedic juice or tea. You will learn how the doshas and qualities of each season govern the body's constitution, and how integrating Ayurvedic principles into your diet can promote a healthy and healing mind-body connection.
