Self-Care 101: Daily Rituals

Many of us are well aware of the importance of self-care, but in a fast-paced world, it has become increasingly difficult to find the time to do it. With a never-ending to-do list in front of us, taking any time for oneself may start to feel like a luxury. Daily rituals are a simple way to start carving out that headspace time to keep the body in tune with its natural cycles and free of disease. 

Join me and hosts SuperGirls SF to explore simple Ayurvedic practices that support our overall wellbeing, even if you have just a few spare minutes a day. From morning detoxification practices to desire seeding to creating a sleep routine, leave with your very own rituals, which will support you through your everyday.
